Damaged Item Exception

The video must clearly show:

The sealed outer packaging with shipping label visible

The parcel being opened

The visible damage
This video documentation is mandatory for verification purposes.
Claims submitted without valid unboxing proof will not be eligible for review.
Claim Timeline

All damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this window will not be entertained.

The item must remain unused and in its original packaging.
Resolution (If Approved)
If the claim is verified:

A replacement will be issued, subject to stock availability.
